Tobacco box mod Vape in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Bristol: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Tobacco box mod here
Tobacco box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy Vape in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco box mod really costs in Bristol
A tobacco box mod from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £1.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How long does tobacco in a box mod last?
In Bristol we measured 4 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.89 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
