Sweet squonk mod Vape in Bristol: the review shortlist
Sweet in Bristol: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Sweet squonk mod here
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.27 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy Vape in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet squonk mod really costs in Bristol
We run sweet the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sweet in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sweet in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.27 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
