The short version: sour in Bristol works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour pod kit really costs in Bristol
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.67 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
