Salted vape pen Vape in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Salted in Bristol: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Salted in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run salted the same way in Bristol: same vape pen, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted vape pen really costs in Bristol
A salted vape pen from the starter options in Bristol costs about £1.97 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where salted goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Bristol survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for salted in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.97 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
How long does salted in a vape pen last?
In Bristol we measured 6 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
