Frozen refill pack Vape in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
Frozen refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.27 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Bristol
A frozen refill pack from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £3.27 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised £45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.27 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.27 per 10 ml liquid plus £45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
