Citrus in Bristol: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.97 per 10 ml.
Citrus in a nicotine salt bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus nicotine salt bottle really costs in Bristol
A citrus nicotine salt bottle from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £2.97 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.97 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
