Apple RDA Vape in Bristol: the price shortlist
Apple in Bristol: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Apple is allowed to say
If you are looking at apple in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run apple the same way in Bristol: same RDA, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple RDA really costs in Bristol
Apple RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested apple in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where apple goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.99 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for apple in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
How long does apple in a RDA last?
In Bristol we measured 9 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
